Is this good?
The author came and spoke at my school when I was in college, and I was invited to eat lunch with him. Before he came I read an article of his. Then I went to the lecture. By the time I read the book I had already gotten the point and it was a bit repetitive. I think the point is an interesting and relevant one though. What he says about too many options certainly applies in my life. From the small stuff, like deciding what to eat at restaurant, or which cellphone to get to deciding what the hell I want to do with my life, choice definitely stresses me out. If you want to read the short version, he's written some articles. I think the one I read was called "The Tyranny of Choice"
